Andrew, Managing Partner FIREMD, has been an EMT for over 20 years, EMS & Emergency Physician for over 10 years, with extensive executive healthcare corporation, Fire, Police, & EMS leadership experience and grew up south of the river in Minnesota.  

Mike, Partner FIREMD, has a 40-year reputation in Minnesota EMS and pioneering prehospital community & public health initiatives. 

Paul, Partner FIREMD, brings provider wellness & additional police and uniformed services background.

This team understands the unique needs of municipalities and agencies with a proven track record of public service.
